  • Delivery time: 3-7 business days after shipment (depending on your location)
  • Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
  • Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

International Shipping

  • Carrier: DHL Express
  • Processing time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days
  • Delivery time: 5-10 business days after shipment (varies by destination country)
  • Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size
  • Customs & duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs
  • Tracking: You'll receive a DHL tracking number via email once your order ships

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will ship once they become available. You'll be notified of the expected ship date when you place your order and again when your item ships.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at spartashortsco@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
